By Train:  
1. Take a local train (Harbor Line) towards Vashi or Panvel.
2. Get off at Ghansoli railway station.
3. From Ghansoli station, you can either hire a local taxi or an auto-rickshaw to reach Gavli waterfall and the Bird Sanctuary.
4. Alternatively, you can take a bus from Ghansoli station that goes towards Taloja or Kharghar and get off at the nearest stop to the waterfall and Bird Sanctuary. From there, you may need to walk a short about 15 mins distance.
Best time to Visit:  July to September (Best During Monsoons)
Please wear Good Grip shoes if you are Trekking up the Waterfall as the Stones might be a little Slippery during Monsoons, Carry a pair of Clothes, Ample Drinking Water and Some Food.

By Car/Bike :
1. Take the Eastern Express Highway (NH 48) towards Thane.
2. Continue on the Eastern Express Highway until you reach the Ghansoli exit.
3. Take the exit and merge onto Thane-Belapur Road.
4. Follow Thane-Belapur Road until you reach Ghansoli.
5. Once in Ghansoli, you can ask for directions to the Gavli waterfall and Bird Sanctuary, as they are local attractions and should be easily accessible from the main road. 
How to reach Gavli waterfall and the Bird Sanctuary in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai from Pune city, you can follow these directions:
By Car/ Bike:
1. Take the Mumbai-Pune Expressway (Mumbai Pune Highway) from Pune.
2. Continue on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway until you reach the Khalapur Toll Plaza.
3. After crossing the toll plaza, continue on the expressway towards Mumbai.
4. Take the exit towards Khopoli and Panvel onto the Mumbai-Pune Expressway.
5. Continue on the expressway until you reach Panvel.
6. From Panvel, take the Sion-Panvel Expressway towards Navi Mumbai.
7. Continue on the Sion-Panvel Expressway until you reach Ghansoli.
8. Once in Ghansoli, you can ask for directions to the Gavli waterfall and Bird Sanctuary, as they are local attractions and should be easily accessible from the main road.
 By Public Transportation:
1. Take a bus or train from Pune to Mumbai.
2. From Mumbai, you can follow the directions mentioned earlier to reach Ghansoli using public transportation.
