For Spiritual people , there is a Ashram known as Shri Balyogi Ashram & a Temple of Lord Parashurama  known as  Tungareshwar temple.This  temple was built in the honour of Lord Parashurama. Lord Parashurama killed a Demon named  " Tunga " at this place. Lord Parashurama meditated here in this place. It is believed that Adi Shankaracharya had meditated at a place nearby Shuparak now called Sopara or Nalasopara 

This temple located in Vasai East(Near Sativalli).It is at a walkable distance from the Sativali bus stop.It merely takes 25 minutes to reach the temple after entering the main gate .The temple is  crowded during  Mahashivratri festival.

Best time to visit it is Rainy Season, because the atmosphere is very cool and it is greenery everywhere full of  " Waterfalls "
